so this is my cuestion, i pre-order a ps4 version of heavensward in SE FFXIV Gil Store and i have 2 email, 1 with the early acces and the other with all info of the buy, so the email say i recibe the game in the release day 22-06-2015 but the early is the day 19 so, how i can play the early if i dont have the game to install the expansion? i want to know what is the plan for this.
i dont see any info of this in the top threats, so sorry if meaby i missed the info.
If I understand correct what you're asking.
The early access code you've received will redeem a digital vers. of the game on PSN, download and install it. You might have to do 1 or 2 ffxiv account checks when booting it up, but after that.
All should be good and green to play during the early access periode.
Or atleast that's how it worked for ARR, And I'm sure that's how it's gonna work again.
Then when you've received your physical copi, pop that into the PS4 and register with the code that comes with the physical vers. and you should be okay.
The Early access code should give you the option to play atleast a week until the game will lock you out until you get your physical vers. (will need a confirmation on this)
